Quality approach

Define it clearly.
Check what matters.

Suzhou Shiny, established in 1998, operates an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system at the Suzhou manufacturing business.

Drawings define the parts; the assembly specification defines how they work together. Agree the checks and records before production.

Discuss quality needs

Plan before production

Make acceptance
criteria explicit.

Our proposed quality plan is part-specific. Confirm the required scope and deliverables during quotation and order review.

  1. Drawing & revision

Align part numbers, revisions, material, finish and assembly BOM. Identify critical-to-function features and interfaces.

  2. Inspection checkpoints

Agree first-piece, outside-process and assembly checks. Where relevant, include fit, orientation and bonding conditions; confirm any functional test method and equipment separately.

  3. Evidence to match the requirement

Specify inspection records, material certificates and batch traceability needs before the order.

  4. Shipment handover

Agree packaging, part identification, accompanying documents and tracking information.
