Component & subassembly work

More of the finished component in one project.

Discuss combining machined parts, purchased items and assembly into a defined deliverable. Previous rotor work combined a machined body, bonded magnets and an outer sleeve. New projects include a review of the assembly workspace, tooling and inspection setup required.

Inspection fixtures & test tooling

Built around the part you need to check.

Fixtures for positioning, holding and inspecting parts, based on your drawing or a clearly defined checking task. For inspection-equipment projects, we review the mechanical scope separately from sensors, controls, software and system validation.

Metals & engineering plastics

The material is part of the design.

Machining routes for aluminum, stainless and alloy steels, brass and copper, alongside engineering plastics. Specify the exact grade, condition and certification needs in your RFQ.

For purchased items, coatings, heat treatment or other outside processes, agree supplier responsibilities, incoming checks and records before placing the order. Assembly setup, tooling and any dedicated testing are confirmed project by project.
