Drawings & project scope
Part number and revision. For assemblies, include a BOM and assembly drawing; for fixtures, describe the checking task.
Material & quantity
Material grade, finish, quantity, expected repeat demand and any purchased or customer-supplied items.
Critical requirements
Critical dimensions, assembly interfaces, acceptance checks, inspection records and required certificates.
Delivery
Target date, ship-to location and any scheduling constraints.
